Shipping policy

We use Pirate Ship to find the best possible and most affordable shipping option for our customers. Most packages will be shipped through UPS or USPS. Depending upon the time of year, the shipping could take 7-10 days; however most products will be received in under 7 days. 

As most of our packages are sensitive to the weather in keeping your candles in the best possible condition, we package your orders and mail them on Mondays or Tuesdays in order to get your package to you by the end of the week. Sitting in a warehouse or shipping van is not the best place for a candle to stay over the weekend. We reserve the right to make this decision of date of shipping based on variables such as date of order, weather conditions, and health concerns. 

**In shopping from The Grounded Wick you are shopping from a disabled owned business; although in most all cases we are able to send out package as mentioned above, if for some reason we are unable to fulfill this promise we will contact you ASAP. Please know we are not alone in running this business, but we do have a chronic pain disease that can hinder our ability to drive and or carry and lift packages on certain days that are unfortunately unpredictable to us.
